Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, we aim to fulfill your order the same day. All products on our website are in stock, however there are rare occasions where a product might be out of stock after you placed your order. In that case we will contact you to check with you for a re-placement item or refund the money to you.
We ship all products with SwissPost Priority, which should be delivered to you next day, order cutoff times for next day delivery is 17:00 Monday - Thursday. Orders that are placed after 17:00 on Thursdays until Friday 17:00 will only be delivered on Monday as the Postal services are not delivering parcels on Saturday. Weekend orders are only shipped on Monday.
Due to Corona, returns are currently not possible!!!
For any returns, please contact us by phone +41 44 885 5858 or e-mail email@example.com prior to returning any item. You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Sale Items cannot be returned, their sale is final. Wigs, Hairpieces, Weaves and other items you need to try on are excluded from returns!!!
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning a product to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
